Hi, Lisa! I'm so happy to see you blogging now. Love the painting. Your work is beautiful as always! Can't wait to hear what you have been up to...what paintings you have finished lately, and what you are thinking about painting next. Big fun! :)
Great blog! I am happy to see progressive artists like Lisa Palombo using technology to communicate their talent to broader audiences. Wishing you all success in exploring the many ways to develop your vision and communicate it in additional ways! One of your longterm collectors and fans!
I love that sunflower and tiger lily painting - it's very bright and makes me feel happy. Your work is beautiful! The blog is a great way to see what you're currently working on. The minis are a terrific addition to your offerings! Miss G, New Jersey
Lisa Palombo is a well recognized artist whose oil paintings are in private and corporate collections throughout the United States and Europe. Her paintings grace over 40 book covers, including several New York Times best sellers. She has received numerous awards and honors and is listed in the National Museum of Women in Arts, Washington D.C. and Marquis Who's Who in American Art. Her paintings can be viewed on www.lisapalombo.com.
I've always felt connected to the natural world. The land, sea, trees, flowers and sky seem to speak to me. Fortunately, my inspiration is endless. Between traveling to scenic places or simply overlooking my studio garden, combined with the various times of day and changing seasons, there is no shortage of beautiful images for me to record. I enjoy painting everything from majestic landscapes and serene seascapes to lush gardens and colorful, floral still lifes.
My paintings are a visual diary of my life's journey and experiences. By recording these special elements and moments on canvas, I hope to bring the majesty and spirit of nature indoors.
